Synopsis
The Call
The Call is a timeless tale of music, magic and a boy and his dragon. The time has come for Modo to enter Lower Schola and learn if he possesses magical gifts like his older brother, Gavin. What Modo discovers about himself is more than he could have ever imagined.[1]
The Dragons
Excerpt from Chapter 1.
"Dunmore Throop stood in a small patch of sunlight glowing in the wooded yard next to his cottage. He had watched that patch of sunlight all spring, and now, in midsummer, he wanted to see if there was enough sunlight to grow a rose bush—a rose bush for his mother."[2]
The Sword
After finally arriving in Blooming Grove, Modo and Eboo face unexpected challenges and learn the story of the sword. They return home to find Anterg's animals and plants under attack and the villagers no longer united.[3]
